Panic made its name through high-end Mac software, but more recently, the company moved into gaming, publishing indie hit Firewatch and the upcoming Untitled Goose Game. Now, the developer is expanding its work in games and moving in a very unexpected direction. Tannenberg is coming to PS4 and Xbox One later this year

Tannenberg, the WW1 shooter from Blackmill Games, is getting a console release. Just like Verdun before it (which also made it out on consoles), Tannenberg will be available on PS4, and Xbox One sometime this winter. Tannenberg, as you might have guessed from the name, deals with the German-Russian fight on the Eastern front between 1914-1918. The game is largely very similar to Verdun, albeit with a different setting. The focus remains on realistic combat, with accurately modelled weapons and projectiles.
